Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• During holidays, promotional periods, or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Within Canada

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.

• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional fees apply).

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over a minimum purchase threshold (when offered in promotions).

• Deliveries are made by Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers.

3. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to select countries.

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees charged by the destination country.

• Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance procedures.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• You can monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Addresses

• Orders may be shipped to residential, business, or PO Box addresses within Canada.

• We cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO or restricted addresses unless specified.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

6. Missed Deliveries

• If you are unavailable at delivery, the carrier may leave a notice and redirect your package to a local post office or pickup point.

• Packages not claimed within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to Watchory. Reshipment fees may apply.

7. Risk of Loss

• All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery at the designated address.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

• Watchory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

• In the event of significant delays, we will keep you informed and work with carriers to resolve issues.

9. Split Shipments

• If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately for faster delivery.

• You will be notified of split shipments and provided tracking for each.
