Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Returned with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, tags, and accessories.

• Watches showing wear, scratches, altered straps/links, engraving, or missing components may not qualify.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.

• Gift cards and promotional vouchers cannot be refunded.

• Watches altered by third-party jewelers (resized links, battery replacement, modifications) are excluded.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect watch, notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

• We will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund once the item is inspected.

4. Return Process

• Contact support@watchory.ca with your order number and reason for return.

• Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

• Pack the item securely with all original packaging.

• Ship the package back using the recommended insured and trackable carrier.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to Watchory’s error (defective, damaged, incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

• If due to customer preference (style or size change), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs (if paid initially) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Watchory’s error.

7. Exchanges

• We do not process direct exchanges.

• To exchange, return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired watch.

8. Restocking Fees

• A restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply if the item shows signs of tampering or incomplete packaging.

9. Risk of Return Shipment

• Until we receive your return, the item remains your responsibility.

• We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.
