Warranty & Repairs Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

• All watches sold by Watchory are covered by the manufacturer’s international warranty, typically lasting 1–2 years depending on the brand.

• Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship affecting the internal mechanism (movement) of the watch.

• During the warranty period, repairs or replacement of defective parts are performed at no cost, as determined by the manufacturer’s service center.

2. Warranty Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear (scratches on the case, bracelet, or glass).

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

• Water damage if the watch is not marked water-resistant, or if seals have been tampered with.

• Straps, batteries, bracelets, or other external parts.

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or services performed by non-authorized centers.

3. Proof of Purchase

• A valid sales receipt or order confirmation from Watchory is required to make a warranty claim.

• Warranty cards (if provided by the manufacturer) must also be included when applicable.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Contact support@watchory.ca with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

• Our team will provide instructions on where to send your watch.

• Once inspected by an authorized service center, you will be informed whether the repair is covered by warranty.

5. Repairs Outside of Warranty

• If your warranty has expired, or the issue is not covered, Watchory can still assist by connecting you with authorized service providers.

• Repair and replacement costs for non-covered services will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Turnaround Times

• Repair times vary depending on the brand and service center workload.

• Most repairs are completed within 2–6 weeks, but some complex services may take longer.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Watchory is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit to the repair center.

• Risk of loss remains with the customer until the watch is received by the authorized service provider.
