Yes — all our watches are 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced from trusted distributors worldwide. Every item comes with original packaging, manuals, and warranty.
Pricing
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery within Canada takes about 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
Yes, we ship internationally where permitted by brand restrictions. Additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations.
Yes. PO Box orders ship via Canada Post. At checkout, you may also enter a different shipping address from your billing address.
Orders & Payments
We accept major credit cards, Visa Debit, and PayPal.
If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll be happy to adjust it. If it’s already shipped, you may return it and place a new order.
Don’t worry, you’ll only be charged once. Sometimes banks place multiple “pre-authorizations” when there’s an error. These usually reverse within a few days. If not, contact your bank or reach out to us.
Ensure your billing details match your credit card statement exactly. If problems continue, try PayPal or contact us directly for help.
Returns & Exchanges
Most new, unused watches in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale or clearance items may be final sale. Please check our Return Policy page for details.
Warranty & Repairs
All watches include the manufacturer’s international warranty (at least 1 year; some brands offer longer). Warranty typically covers the internal workings of the watch, not wear and tear such as scratches.
During warranty, you can visit the authorized service center listed in your warranty booklet or contact us to help arrange service. Even after warranty ends, Watchory can assist with repairs at reasonable rates.
Customer Support
If tracking shows issues, contact us right away. We’ll open a ticket with the carrier and keep you updated until resolved.
